What happens after you press send

What happens after you press send, in order, with the timings we hold ourselves to.

“Within one business day” You get an itemised quote and a production timeline, or a direct question if something in the brief needs pinning down before a number would mean anything. Not a brochure.
Step one
“At sampling” If you proceed, we cut a production sample in your fabric and colour. You approve it, it is sealed and retained here, and bulk is cut against that garment rather than against the tech pack.
Step two
“Through production” One named contact and an update on a fixed day each week, whether or not there is news that week. Escalation goes to a person rather than an inbox.
Step three
“At delivery” Packed and labelled to your specification, documented per destination, and checked against the retained sample before it leaves. Anything outside the agreed tolerance is remade.
Step four
