Send a tech pack or a sketch. We develop the pattern, run fit sessions, source or develop the fabric, match to Pantone, and produce to your tolerances, with the design remaining exclusively yours.
OEM is the right model when a catalogue block will not do: a fit your market expects, a pocket layout your users asked for, or a feature no competitor can order from anyone else. It takes longer than private label because pattern and fit are real work.
OEM work begins where private label stops. The commercial side of it – minimums, sample costs and how many fit rounds to budget for – is set out under MOQs and lead times before you commit anything.
Because the tolerance is a number, not a promise. Every OEM order specifies a measurement tolerance and an inspection level in writing before cutting. Pre-shipment inspection is a random sample checked against the sealed garment for stitching, measurement, shade and branding placement, and the report goes to you with the shipping documents.
Contract production lives or dies on four things. Here is where we stand on each, before you send a tech pack.
The pages below cover the neighbouring parts of the same order – the service, the garment and the numbers behind both.
Or a sketch and a reference garment. We will tell you what is missing, what it will cost and how long pattern development realistically takes.
No obligation, and nothing to commit to in order to ask. One named contact, and a reply within one business day.
