Logo digitisation, embroidery to twelve thread colours, screen printing for bold blocks, and heat transfer for detailed artwork. You approve a physical stitch-out before a single production piece is branded.
Branding looks like the simplest part of an order and produces the most reworks. A logo that reads cleanly on a business card can turn to mush at forty millimetres in thread, and placement that looks right on a flat sketch sits badly on a wearer.
Branding is quoted separately from the garment, so it can be added to anything in the custom scrubs range, applied to lab coats on their own, or run as a branding-only order.
That depends on choices we make before stitching, so tell us the wash regime up front. Thread type, backing, stitch density and placement all change when garments go through commercial laundering at high temperature rather than a domestic machine. Say so on the enquiry and the recommendation changes with it.
Branding is where a good garment most often goes wrong. Four questions, answered before the first stitch.
The pages below cover the neighbouring parts of the same order – the service, the garment and the numbers behind both.
We will tell you what will read cleanly at garment scale, what needs redrawing, and what the branding adds per unit.
