Separate drafting for shoulder, chest and rise, straight and athletic fits, and inseam options so taller staff are not wearing something that stops above the ankle.
It is the cheapest way to offer a men’s range and it produces a garment that fits nobody especially well: too much room through the hip, not enough through the shoulder, and a rise that sits wrong under a belt.
Drafting a men’s block properly costs a one-off pattern fee and then costs nothing. It is one of the clearest signals of whether a supplier is producing or reselling.
Men’s blocks are drafted separately from our women’s blocks and from unisex issue stock, and most uniform programmes end up carrying all three.
Minimums apply per style and again per colourway, and we quote both with your enquiry.

Men buying scrubs run into problems that come from unisex drafting rather than from sizing.
Every product below is made on the same blocks, in the same fabrics, to the same retained colour standard.
Send the styles, the fits and your size split. You get an itemised quote and both minimums within one business day.
No obligation, and nothing to commit to in order to ask. One named contact, and a reply within one business day.
