Two minimums, not one. What a sample costs and whether it comes off your bulk invoice. How long each stage actually takes. These are the questions every buyer asks on the second email, so they are answered here on the first.
Most factories publish one minimum, per style, and quietly enforce a second one per colourway. A buyer who plans a three-colour test at the published number discovers the real commitment is three times larger once the order is placed. Both numbers belong on the page.
These numbers apply across private label, OEM production and print on demand. If this is a first order, our page for scrub brands and startups explains how to size it so you are not left holding stock you cannot shift.
Because one number is only useful if you are ordering one colour. A brand testing three colourways and a hospital ordering two department colours have completely different commitments at the same per-style minimum. Quoting both is more work for us at enquiry stage, and it stops an order collapsing at purchase order stage.
The numbers behind an order, published rather than negotiated. These four questions come first in almost every enquiry.
The pages below cover the neighbouring parts of the same order – the service, the garment and the numbers behind both.
Tell us the garment, the colours and roughly how many. You get both minimums, the sample cost and a stage-by-stage timeline within one business day.
No obligation, and nothing to commit to in order to ask. One named contact, and a reply within one business day.
