Every garment here is available for wholesale, OEM and private label customisation. Choose the block, the fabric weight, the colour and the branding, and we quote it as a specification rather than a catalogue number.
Six core garments plus caps, each graded across the full size range with petite and tall options.
Every product page below carries its own fabric and fit detail. If you are choosing a production model rather than a garment, start with private label, OEM and bulk supply, and the minimums and lead times page covers what a realistic first order looks like.
Men’s blocks are cut separately rather than relabelled unisex, which is the single most common complaint about scrub sizing.
The question buyers ask that most catalogues will not answer: what is it actually made of, how much does it stretch, and what is it good for.
| Fabric | Composition | Stretch | What it suits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Poly-cotton twill | 65/35 poly-cotton | None | High-wash hospital programmes. The hardest wearing option and the easiest to launder commercially. |
| Poly-spandex stretch | Polyester with spandex | Two-way | The everyday modern scrub. Good drape and recovery without a premium price. |
| Four-way performance | Poly, rayon and spandex | Four-way | Premium retail brands. The softest hand and the most movement, at the highest fabric cost. |
| Cotton-rich blend | Cotton-dominant | None | Buyers who specify natural fibre. Breathable, heavier, and slower to dry. |
| Opacity-tested white | Higher-weight blend | Varies | Dental practices, lab coats and mandated whites, where see-through fabric is the complaint that ends a contract. |
Exact fabric weights are quoted per project against the mill specification for your chosen colour, because weight varies with dye and finish. Antimicrobial, moisture-wicking and fluid-resistant treatments are applied finishes rather than separate fabrics.
Three of the most requested. We match to Pantone for anything else, including the mandated hospital shades that fashion brands drop between seasons.
Four questions come up on nearly every product enquiry, whichever garment it starts with. Here is how we answer them before you have to ask.
The rest of the site, in the order most buyers work through it.
